Swimfish offers on-site and Web-based training, taught by our Certified InterAction trainers, that can be customized to meet your specific needs. Swimfish recommends that all end users, data stewards, and system administrators partake in our course offerings to get the most out of their firm's investment in InterAction.

Classroom Training
Our core training programs are designed to help ensure strong user adoption right from day one. Our five core courses include:
- Basic InterAction End User Training - This instructor-led, hands-on course focuses on the basics of working with the InterAction Web Client. Through instructor-led discussion and student-centered exercises, course participants learn how to create and edit contacts, add opportunities and activities, and work with InterAction's MS Outlook or Lotus Notes integration tools. Course exercises are based on real-world scenarios, often specific to the client, in order to provide participants with a working context for learning the material.
- Advanced InterAction End User Training - This instructor-led, hands-on course builds upon and furthers the concepts introduced in the Basic End-User Training. Through instructor-led discussion and student-centered exercises, course participants learn how to use some of the more advanced functionality of the InterAction Web Client. This includes mail merges, working lists, and working as a proxy. Course exercises are based on real-world scenarios, often specific to the client, in order to provide participants with a working context for learning the material.
- Basic InterAction Data Steward Training - This instructor-led, hands-on course focuses on the basics of working with the InterAction Windows Client. Through instructor-led discussion and student-centered exercises, course participants learn how to create and edit contacts, maintain data quality, and manage Data Change Management tickets. The exercises in this course are based on real-world scenarios, often specific to the client, in order to provide participants with a working context for learning the material.
- Advanced InterAction Data Steward Training - This instructor-led, hands-on course builds upon and furthers the concepts introduced in the Basic Data Steward Training. Through instructor-led discussion and student-centered exercises, course participants learn how to use some of the more advanced functionality of the InterAction Windows Client. The exercises in this course are based on real-world scenarios, often specific to the client, in order to provide participants with a working context for learning the material.
- Basic InterAction System Administrator Training - This instructor-led, hands-on course focuses on the basics of working with the InterAction Administrator Client. Through instructor-led discussion and student-centered exercises, course participants learn how to manage user accounts and groups, schedule and manage InterAction synchronization processes, and explore the back-end administration of InterAction. The exercises in this course are based on real-world scenarios, often specific to the client, in order to provide participants with a working context for learning the material.

Web-based Training
In addition, we also offer a monthly series of Netcasts designed to teach the use of a few specific pieces of InterAction functionality within the course of a few short hours. Participation is open to all registered users of InterAction. Because registration is open, it's a great opportunity to hear what users in other firms are doing with InterAction.
