Support

We offer several support packages for our solutions: Basic Support, Advantage Support and Premiere Support.

These are available on a monthly basis to maintain InterAction CRM®, resolve user requests, and help you get the most out of your On Demand Solution. All support packages include assistance via phone, e-mail and live Direct Connect.

The following are support options your firm may decide to purchase on a monthly basis to maintain InterAction CRM and resolve your users' inquiries:

Premiere Support
The Premiere Support Solution is designed to help enterprise customers achieve absolute satisfaction with their On Demand Solution. This support option offers an annual agreement for unlimited support with the most convenient assistance available.

  • Support Quantity: Unlimited support, including phone, e-mail, and live Direct Connect.
  • Support Hours: 24 x 7 x 365 support
  • Response Time: 1 business hour response time for critical issues
  • 20% off post-deployment training programs, including Web-based and onsite training

Advantage Support
The Advantage Support Solution helps firms or departments leverage our On Demand Solutions and support their users with superior results. This support option offers an annual agreement for 16 hours of support included per month during business hours.

  • Support Quantity: 16 hours of support included per month
  • Support Hours: 8am-6pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Response Time: 4 business hours response time for critical issues
  • 10% off post-deployment training programs, including Web-based and onsite training

Basic Support
The Basic Support Solution helps smaller firms or departments support their users, resolve issues and provide guidance in a timely and effective manner. This support option offers an annual agreement for 8 hours of support included per month during business hours.

  • Support Quantity: 8 hours of support included per month
  • Support Hours: 8am-6pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Response Time: 4 hour max. response time for critical issues
  • 5% off post-deployment training programs, including Web-based and onsite training
  • This package is standard with Swimfish's InterAction CRM On Demand hosted option.
