QuickDeal - Deal Entry Form

Enter and manage companies, contacts and opportunities directly from Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes with our QuickDeal Add-in for InterAction^®. QuickDeal provides fast, simple creation of all contacts and information regarding a new deal.

Ordinarily, you must first complete the new company wizard before you can create a new opportunity. With QuickDeal, we've reduced what is often a threestep process into one single wizard, saving your firm time and effort.

QuickDeal is directly available from within Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. Because it's so readily available and so fast and easy to use, it helps to encourage stronger user adoption of your InterAction CRM solution. Entering and managing your deals have never been easier!

Within Outlook or Lotus Notes, the user clicks a "New Deal" button to display a simple data entry wizard.
The user can enter either the company name and/or primary contact name, along with the information pertaining to the opportunity.
QuickDeal will even help you check for duplicate contacts, pre-populating information to minimize data entry and help maintain data integrity.
QuickDeal then automatically creates and links the company, contact and opportunity records together.
Users can enter additional information from the QuickDeal wizard, such as address, phone numbers... even contact types. Users can even add the contact to their Outlook automatically.
QuickDeal promotes user adoption of InterAction by allowing users to update deals they have entered from a "My Deals" button within Outlook or Lotus Notes.
