WebCapture Software for LexisNexis InterAction
Swimfish's WebCapture allows your firm to integrate Web forms on your existing Web Site with your InterAction CRM, and adds information to contacts in InterAction whenever a visitor completes and submits a specific Web Form.
WebCapture can store contacts in three ways:
- As contacts in your Firm List that are linked into Working Lists
- As contacts stored only in My Lists
- As contacts stored directly in your Firm List only

WebCapture Notifications
WebCapture allows you to receive a notification via e-mail when a new contact is received. This notification can be sent as soon as each contact is created, or in a consolidated Digest Report on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Your WebCapture administrator sets the notification type and frequency. The notification contains the contact's name, company (if entered), the date the contact was received, and the target source - the form the contact completed on your Web site. You can access the contact directly from the notification, via a link to Relationships.
WebCapture Profiles
Your WebCapture administrator can set up a Profile in InterAction, with fields that mirror those on your Web form. Also included in this profile are the date the contact visited your Web site, and the location of the form the contact submitted.
WebCapture Activities
Each time a contact submits information via your Web form, WebCapture creates an activity in InterAction that tracks the date the information was received, and the location of the Web form they completed. Each time the same contact completes a Web form on your site, an addtional activity is created and added to the same contact record.
WebCapture Contact Type
Your WebCapture administrator may designate a Contact Type within "Our Contacts" to organize contacts received via WebCapture.
