Features of Email Sweep:

  • The InterAction Administrator can set rules for the entire firm of which emails should be automatically captured and turned into activities.  These rules can be based on contacts included in specific contact types, marketing lists, or even custom e-mail domains.  
  • Each user can optionally set their own rules for Email Sweep, based on contacts in contact types or their working lists.  Users can also decide the security on the activities, as well as what specific elements from the e-mail get captured.
  • Email Sweep scans all e-mail for matches with firm contacts in InterAction, based on the rules set by the Administrator and each InterAction user.  Email Sweep generates an InterAction activity capturing the e-mail, and the activity is then automatically linked to the sender's contact record and their company.
  • Users can receive email notifications listing each email that was turned into an activity, with the option to delete the activity right from the email - without ever logging into InterAction!
