Ideal entry-level position for marketing grad who is extremely detailed-oriented and Internet savvy.
In this position, you will analyze marketing and CRM data in response to marketing initiatives. You'll collect, review, and input marketing data such as customer information and demographics, and will audit output results. You'll maintain and revise procedures to protect data integrity. Finally you'll use this data to assist in creating marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing results to adjust marketing initiatives going forward.
Responsibilities
- Review marketing data for accurancy and completeness
- Research information using vast array of web-based resources
- Input and/or correct data based on personal findings
- Follow establishing data procedures, standards and best practices
- Create, track, and analyze marketing campaigns
- Report and analyze key metrics from a variety of sources on daily, weekly, and monthly in Microsoft Excel
- Interact with clients, assisting in providing information and support on our products as needed
