Information for Independent Consultants

At Swimfish, we don't want you to work for us.
We want you to work for yourself!

If you're an independent consultant, then you're looking to partner with the right company! Swimfish was built for our clients, but it was designed with you in mind.

Here's an idea of what it takes to be a Swimfish Consultant:

  • Deep industry experience, preferably 5 to 10 years in the same industry.
  • Deep functional experience, where you can truthfully say "been there, done that".
  • At least 3 years working as an independent professional. There's no W2's here.
  • The ability to TEAM. We might be independents, but we're all focused on the same thing here, and that is the client. At Swimfish, 1+1=3. That's how we define true partnering.
  • And finally, Internet access is a must. DSL and cable modems are great. A 56K dial-up modem is the bare minimum. Access through your local library branch is out!
