Here's an idea of what it takes to be a Swimfish Consultant:
- Deep industry experience, preferably 5 to 10 years in the same industry.
- Deep functional experience, where you can truthfully say "been there, done that".
- At least 3 years working as an independent professional.
- The ability to TEAM. We might be independents, but we're all focused on the same thing here, and that is the client. At Swimfish, 1+1=3. That's how we define true partnering.
- And finally, fast Internet access is a must. Cable modems are great. A 56K dial-up modem or access through your local library branch is out!
