Experience highlights prior to Swimfish:
Legal Sea Foods - Responsible for the design upgrade, documentation and training of the manager/trainer from casual to fine dining service in the private dining rooms of this casual-style, highly successful restaurant chain. Multi-billion dollar Global Food Service Provider - Wrote the executive summary, marketing plan and descriptive narratives for a proposal seeking two simultaneous 9-figure, 10-year-long contracts. Both contracts were awarded. Elizabeth Grady - Wrote marketing plan for a franchisee of this skin-care company. Included working for three months with the store manager to set goals, identify target markets, and create a marketing plan. The project resulted in a written document (plan) including everything from market research results and demographic studies to cold-calling scripts and other specific tools for reaching monthly and annual goals.
Toughest professional challenge:
"The global food service project involved VPs from all over the country who needed documents as they traveled. In the middle of the project the company pulled in all laptops for upgrading, so emails were not possible. I was faxing long documents and working to get information from executives who were historically not keen on giving it. The research and assimilation of information was completed almost entirely on a remote basis, which increased the challenge. But the project was successful and these guys won their contracts!"
Why work for Swimfish?
"I think it's a great confluence of intelligencia. I've been working with a fascinating team of very, very savvy people and it's been extremely gratifying."
Why hire Swimfish?

Just for Fun:
If stranded on an island: "I'd bring my ex-husband because we're dating again and the kinds of conversations we could have would keep us going for a long time. If we had one thing allowed to us-in addition to our son-we'd bring the music of J.S. Bach." Favorite book: "Two of my favorites are The Shell Seekers by Rosamund Pilcher as my choice of fiction, and The Transformative Power of Crisis, by Robert and Jane Alter. I have a lot of favorites - so it's hard to narrow it down to one or even two." Favorite quote: "I'm not sure if it's exact, but Maya Angelou said something like: 'They did what they did with what they knew, and when they knew better, they did.'"
